The thesis describes the connotation and training strategy of learning ability in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of teaching practice. Based on that learning ability is consisted of basic learning ability and independent learning ability, it proposes three kinds of?training strategies about learners’information ability, changing role and motivation.%从教学实践的视角阐述了学习能力的内涵和结构,认为学习能力由基本学习能力和自主学习能力构成,并提出实现二者转化的三种培养策略,即学习主体的角色转变策略、信息能力的提升策略和学习动机的激发策略。
