The excellent applicability of the balanced scorecard in strategic management is employed and the performance appraisal theory is introduced to deaf class management. The class learning results, class culture, system management and progress are taken into consideration to design the performance evaluation system for deaf class to provide a reference for the deaf class management.%利用平衡计分卡在战略管理应用中的卓越适用性,尝试把绩效考评理论引入聋生班级管理中,从班级成绩、班级文化、制度管理、发展进步四个方面,设计了聋生班级绩效考评指标体系,以期为聋生班级的管理工作提供参考。
