基于军工精神下高职校园军工文化的建设与探索

本文从研究高职校园文化着手,围绕船舶军工企业人才培养需求,探索军工校园文化和培养学生军工精神的有效途径,创建了军工企业人才培养模式和校园文化建设结合的有效机制,实现了学生素质培养与教育教学的全程渗透。%This essay begins with the research of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, centers on the effective way of combining the military culture and campus culture. An effective system of cultivating talents for military enterprise and building campus has been set up. Thus leads to the penetration in the whole process of quality cultivation and education.
