The title evaluation system has its unfairness and other problems in practice after many years of de -velopment .From the principles of fairness ,this paper argues that we should standardize the rules and procedures , strengthen the experts group and supervision ,so as to create a system centered on fairness .%我国高职院校职称评审制度经过多年发展,在现实操作过程时有不公平现象等实际问题的存在,造成了职称评审制度的公平缺失,结合基于动机的公平理论,通过提出规范评审的规则与程序、加强评审专家组的建设、健立全息化监督机制等措施,论述如何以公平原则为中心,构建公平的高职院校职称评审制度。
