强化继续教育提升博物馆讲解员素质

as for the whole quality of the museum announcers ,they generally don’t have a wide range of knowledge ,strong explanation ability ,or standard grooming conditions .The museums should attach importance to the continuing education so as to enrich the announcer’s knowledge and establish an effective continuing education system to improve the situation gradually .%博物馆讲解员的整体素质存在着知识面不广、讲解能力不足、礼表不规范等方面的问题。博物馆应提高讲解员的知识面，重视讲解员的继续教育工作，建立有效的继续教育体系，逐步提高讲解员的业务水平。
