印度高等教育支出绩效评价

摘要

印度在推动高等教育发展的过程中，为提升高等教育质量组建了专门的绩效评价机构，遵循客观性、可靠性、可信性、适应性、目的性与团队合作的原则构建了合理的评价指标体系，对评价标准、关键点和细分权重进行明确规范，使用两步评价手段，通过评价的实际运作，使各方经由评价结果给出正确的判断，提升了高等教育资金的使用绩效，推动了高等教育的持续发展。%India established performance evaluation institutions to promote the quality of higher education in development, based on the principles of objectivity, accountability, credibility, suitability, purposiveness and team cooperation, building moderate evaluation index system with clear evaluation standard, key points and subdivide weights, adopting two-step evaluation method. By applying the evaluation, Indian relevant parties make correct decisions from the evaluation result, improve the use efficiency of higher education funds, and promote higher education to develop continuously.
