后现代公共行政演进脉络分析

Exploring the forming mechanism and evolution path of Postmodern Public Administration (PPA) from the standpoint of Public Administration will discover the internal logic of its evolution is the tension between the research approach of normative theory and approach of empirical research, instead of the postmodernism. The prospect of PPA can be forecasted by this way.%从公共行政学的立场探究后现代公共行政的产生机理与演进路径，会发现其产生机理与发展路径均遵循公共行政规范理论与实证研究，公平导向与效率导向之间的发展张力，而非后现代主义滥觞的结果。它的发展前景也必将是在公平与效率的价值谱系中寻找落脚点，以否定的形式促进公共行政的发展。
