矢量发动机半实物冷流仿真试验系统研究

         

摘要

介绍了一种基于万向挠性件的矢量发动机多分力冷流试验台,并应用于某燃气舵矢量控制发动机的半实物仿真试验。冷流多分力试验台以万向挠性件为转动支点,其余3个分力采用挠性杆,降低了各分力间的耦合强度并提供了多分力测量所需的自由度。进气结构采用水平对称进气方式,利用金属波纹管的挠性,减小进气管道对多分力测量精准度的影响。相比于热试车,冷流试验方法能够在同一工况下多次试验,并能多次验证发动机矢量控制策略,且试验成本小。通过某发动机的冷流多分力半实物仿真试验,解决了系统二次平衡干扰问题,试验数据表明该多分力试验系统提高了分力测量精度,能够满足试验要求。%This paper introduces a kind of thrust-vector motor multi-component cold flow test system based on universal flexible part,and a semi-physical simulation test applied on ET vane thrust-vector motor.With universal flexible part as rotation fulcrum,the rest three component forces adopt flexible shaft,which brings down coupling strength and provides required degree of freedom.Horizontal symmetrical intake structure and metal bellows reduce the measurement accuracy of the multi-component due to gas-intake duct.Compared with firing test,the cold flow test can be performed several times under one condition,and have thrust-vector control scheme testified repeatedly with low cost.The semi-physical simulation test solves the twice balance interference problem of the system.The test system is proved to be reasonable and practical.
