三权分置背景下新型城镇化与农业现代化协同发展评价——以滁州和阜阳两市为例

摘要

This paper selected 14cities (districts and counties) belonging to Chuzhou and Fuyang of Anhui province as research objects.From the two aspects of new urbanization and agricultural modernization, the author has established an evaluation index system.Then using the synergistic theory to evaluate the coordinated development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in 14cities (districts and counties) of Chuzhou and Fuyang, finally, the coordination nature of the two has been analyzed according to the development condition in various places of new urbanization and agricultural modernization.%选取安徽滁州和阜阳所属14个市(区、县)为研究对象,从新型城镇化和农业现代化两个方面构建"两化"协同发展评价指标体系,运用协同理论对这14个市(区、县)的新型城镇化和农业现代化协同发展水平进行评价,并依据这些地方的新型城镇化和农业现代化发展情况对"两化"的协调性进行分析.
