This paper introduces the current retirees＇ socialization management service mode,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.It further expounds the role of government and society and proposes countermeasures and suggestions of ＂Strong Government and Strong Society＂ in retirees＇ socialization management service.%介绍了现行退休人员社会化管理服务模式,并对其优劣势进行了分析,阐述了政府与社会在退休人员社会化管理服务中的角色定位,提出了我国退休人员社会化管理服务实行＂强政府强社会＂的对策和建议。
