Enhancing Government Capacity under the Orderly Interaction between the Government and Society in China

Government capacity is a standard of measuring the government whether it's good or bad. In modern states, a variety of political, economic and social problems occur frequently, how to maintain and strengthen the government's ability to smoothly resolve or respond to various social problems, is becoming a growing concern for modem government. Under the impetus of the modern wave of democratization the interaction between government and society has become a fact that can not be ignored, and an important factor that impacts on government operations and government capacity construction, and that has provided a new idea and path selection for enhancing government capacity. China is in the process of carrying forward administrative reform and construction of serviceoriented government, the government has a variety of political, economic and social problems to be solved, only if we explore new paths to constantly enhance the government's comprehensive governance capacity, can we provide adequate and high-quality public goods and services to ensure social stability and rapid development.
