公共选择理论对我国政府失灵矫正的启示

摘要

随着政府对经济干预的发展,随之而来的政府失灵问题与市场失灵相比并不示弱。我国社会主义基本制度决定了我国政府将保持对市场经济较之西方国家更强的控制力,如何处理好政府与市场关系,正确认识并防范、解决政府失灵这个难题也必然具有很大的研究价值和意义。现阶段我国市场经济飞速发展,社会进入转型时期,借助公共选择理论的研究成果,对我国政府失灵的矫正具有有益启示。%With the development of government intervention in the economy,the following government failure is not weaker than market failure problem.China＇s basic socialist system determines that our government should keep more control over the market economy than in Western countries.How to handle the relationship between the government and the market,correct understanding of government failure,prevent and solve the problems is bound to have great research value and significance.At this stage China＇s market economy is developing rapidly,and our society is going into the transition period.The findings of public choice theory can give useful inspiration to the government failure correction in our country.
