济宁市景区门票价格管理实践及优化策略研究

             

摘要

济宁市景区门票问题较为突出,游客投诉多、满意程度较低,门票价格管理有待优化。首先从景区门票价格水平和管理现状两个方面对济宁市景区门票价格管理实践进行分析,认为价格管理彰显出公益性导向,但是仍然存在程序的规范性不足和管理方法缺乏科学性等问题;进而提出理清门票价格管理思路、探索多样化的门票价格形式、规范门票价格管理程序、强化门票价格的常规管理等优化策略。%The problem of tourist spots entrance fee in Jining is serious. Many tourists make complaints about this, and the degree of satisfaction is low, therefore price management should to be optimized. This study analysis price management practice from two aspects: the levels of tourist spots entrance fee and management status, and pointed out that public-welfare orientation displayed in price management, but problems still exist. Then optimization strategies are proposed: getting ideas of price management into shape, exploring diversified pricing methods, standardizing management procedure, and strengthening conventional management.
