需求分析视角下高职商务英语人才培养模式创新研究--以江门市为例

摘要

以需求分析研究理论为基础，定量分析江门市外贸行业用人单位对商务英语人才的社会需求现状。在分析结果的基础上进行反思，探索符合需求分析目标的商务英语人才培养的创新模式，期望培养出更受企业欢迎的高素质应用型外贸人才。%On the basis of Demand Analysis theory, the writer firstly conducts empirical investigation and quantitatively analyzes the demand situation of Business English talents in Jiangmen foreign trade industry. Af⁃ter that, the writer has a rethink on the basis of the analysis result, and explores the innovation model of Busi⁃ness English talents cultivation conforming to the requirements analysis target so as to cultivate high-quality practical foreign trade talents that are welcomed by the local companies.
