胶质细胞与药物成瘾

     

摘要

药物成瘾是一种慢性和复发性脑病.传统的观念认为胶质细胞在药物成瘾中仅起辅助作用.目前发现胶质细胞上存在众多的神经递质受体和转运体,且能分泌多种氨基酸、多肽、神经营养因子及炎症因子,对神经递质的代谢、神经冲动的传导以及突触的调节等起着重要的作用;且胶质细胞在药物成瘾中发生极大变化.对中枢神经系统中的星形胶质细胞、小胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞在药物成瘾中的变化、作用以及机制作一综述,以对药物成瘾的机制有新的认识.%Drug addiction is defined as a chronic relapsing brain disease, dial cells are traditionally considered to solely be passive bystanders in the drug addiction. At present, glia cells were found to express a variety of different classical neurotransmitter receptors and trasporters, and secrete many amino acids, polypeptides,neurotrophic factors and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Dial cells have been shown to play essential roles in the regulation of neurotransmitter metabolism, conduction of nerve impulses, and synaptic palsticity. Furthermore, glial cells are also significantly affected by drug abuse. This article will review the changes, roles and molecules of astrocytes, oligodendrocytes and microglia that contribute to drug addiction in the central nervous system. The knowledge about the glia cells will benefit our understanding of drug addiction.
