类风湿关节患者的中医证型与生存质量相关性分析

摘要

Aim:To investigate the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and TCM syndromes, and to explore the relationship between the dimensions of SF-36 and TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods: A total of 64 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated using SF-36 scale and general information table.Results: The syndromes were dominated by cold dampness and obstruction type, followed by heat and heat resistance type, which was related to the geographical environment, climate and dietary factors in the area.In the treatment of RA attentions should be paid to the care of the spleen and stomach.The life quality of RA patients was affected to different degrees in both physical and mental health, and the life quality of patients with different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was affected differently, Targeted measures should be taken in the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Conclusion:The overall quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis generally decreased, and play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, should be taken to strengthen the health and psychological educations, in order to improve patient's life quality.%目的: 对中医各证型的类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的生存质量进行调查和评估及分析,初步探讨SF-36量表各维度与中医辨证分型之间的关系.方法:采用SF-36量表及一般资料信息表对64例确诊类风湿关节炎患者进行问卷调查的方式.结果:证型构成中以寒湿痹阻型为主,其次为湿热痹阻型,考虑与本地区的地理环境、气候及饮食因素相关,治疗RA过程中应注重顾护脾胃.RA患者生存质量无论生理健康还是心理健康都受到不同程度的影响,并且中医各证型生存质量受损有不同的侧重面,在辨证施护的过程中应采取针对性的措施.结论:类风湿关节炎患者总体生命质量普遍下降,应发挥中医辨证施治优势,加强健康及心理教育,提高患者生存质量.
