前牙金属烤瓷冠美学效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨提高前牙金属烤瓷冠美学效果的措施。方法：分析了52例上前牙金属烤瓷冠美学效果差的原因和机理。结果：影响前牙金属烤瓷冠美学效果的主要原因是颜色不协调和牙颈部仿真效果差。结论：正确的颈部肩台的设计和预备，比色的精确，准确精良的制作过程是提高前牙金属烤瓷冠美学效果的重要措施。%Objertive:To search for the measures of improving the effects on aesthetics of front teethmetal-poircelain crown. Method:The causes and mechanisms of different effects on aesthetics of front teethmetalprocelain crowns in 52 cases were analyzed. Resuts:The main causes that influenced aesthetics offront metalporcelain crown were out of color and bad imitation of teeth. Conclusion: Important factors thatimprove the effects on aesthetics of front teeth metal-porcelain crown include the design and the prepara-tion of cervical layer,accurate choice of the color and correct making process.
