共轨系统压力波动和多次喷射油量偏差的抑制

         

摘要

Pressure fluctuation in high pressure common rail has great influence on injection quantity deviation of multiple injections .To eliminate the pressure fluctuation at the inlet of the injector ,a new damping filter with damping hole and vessel to inhibit pressure fluctuation is studied .Through the uniform design method ,it is found that the amplitude of pressure fluctuation is the minimum w hen the damping hole diameter is 0 .4 mm and volume of the cavity is 1720 mm3.Based on this , experiments are conducted to verify the filter performance under different rail pressure and control strategy of multi‐injection .Results show that ,w hen the common rail pressures are 40 ,60 and 100 MPa ,respectively ,the filter can decrease the amplitude of pressure fluctuation by 51% to 54% under single injection with a pulse width of 0 .4 ms .In pre‐injection mode , the filter can decrease the fluctuation amplitude of fuel injection quantity by 62 .4% to 715 .In main‐post mode ,accordingly ,it can be reduced by 86% to 86 .3% .Therefore ,the filter can suppress fuel quantity deviation and provide reference to optimize the control precision of the common rail fuel injection system .%柴油机高压共轨系统中压力波动对喷油量偏差影响很大,为有效抑制喷油器入口压力波动,本文开展了带有阻尼孔和容腔的新型阻尼滤波器波动抑制的试验研究.通过均匀设计方法对比得出阻尼孔直径为0 .4 mm 、容腔体积为1720 mm3时滤波效果较好.在共轨压力分别为40 、60 、100 M Pa ,不同的喷射策略下进行了试验,结果表明:单次喷射条件下,脉宽为0 .4 ms时,滤波器的添加可使共轨压力波动幅度减小51% ~54%;多次喷射条件下,滤波器的添加可使预主喷模式下主喷油量波动幅度减小62 .4% ~71%;主后喷模式下后喷油量波动幅度减小了86% ~86 .3%.滤波器的添加可以有效减小多次喷射油量偏差,为进一步优化燃油喷射系统的控制精度提供参考.
