食品分析课程教学改革探讨

Food Analysis Course is a specialty course of Food Nutrition and Testing Major.This article focuses on the teaching reform of curriculum.From the aspects of optimizing teaching content,organizing practice teaching scientifically,improving teaching methods and reforming examination methods,this paper explores and ponders over the teaching reform of food analysis course,and puts forward rationalization proposals.%食品分析是食品营养与检测专业的一门重要专业课,本文围绕课程的教学改革展开探讨。从优化教学内容、科学组织实践教学、改进教学方法和改革考核方法等方面对食品分析课程的教学改革进行了探讨与思考,并提出了合理化建议。
