我国赛艇运动员退役后就业问题的调查与对策研究

摘要

This paper uses literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and methods to analyze the employment of racing boats athlets after retire and analyzs the importantance and necessarity,and made deep research on the factors of the employment of racing boats athlete after retire.The result shows that the athlete to get employed the difficult reason was the security and the rescue system not perfectly,the athlete overall quality low,the athlete employment avenue to be narrow,the athlete trains the system to be unreasonable,the methods and regulations system＇s contradictory conflict and so on,and the article found the countermeasures from the construction harmonious society advancement to solve the racing boats athlete after retire.%通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对我国赛艇运动员退役后就业问题进行了调查研究,分析了我国的专业赛艇运动员再就业问题的重要性和必要性,并且对于构建和谐社会以及退役运动员再就业的因素进行深刻的研究,结果表明：我国赛艇退役运动员就业难的原因主要有运动员退役保障、安置体制不健全、运动员综合素质低下、退役运动员就业渠道窄、运动员训练体制不合理、法规体制的矛盾冲突等。从赛艇运动员相对其它体育项目的运动员再就业更困难的原因出发,提出构建和谐社会进程中解决赛艇运动员退役再就业难的若干对策。
