大学生“应急”能力现状及对策研究

摘要

以发放问卷调查为主要形式,对江苏省部分高校大学生＂应急＂能力现状进行调查。结果表明：大学生对＂应急＂知识、技能的学习必要性表示肯定,但对其认识上还有所欠缺;普通大学生＂应急＂知识缺乏,大多数没有参加过技能实践操作,这一现象反映出大学生在应对突发事件（自然灾害和人为灾难）时＂应急＂能力的不足。在调查大学生＂应急＂能力现状的基础上,借鉴国外经验,设计解决路径,为提高大学生＂应急＂能力,建设和完善全民＂应急＂体系提供思路。%In this paper,the main form of survey questionnaires,college students in Jiangsu Province ＂emergency＂Ability to survey and analyze.The results showed that：university students affirm the necessarity of ＂emergency＂ knowledge and ability,but are not familiar with;ordinary college students,lack of ＂emergency＂ knowledge,skills practice,most did not participate in operations.and this show the university students are lach of ＂emergency＂ ability on the base of investigation of current situation,learning from foreign experience,this paper designed to solve the path,to enhance students ＂emergency＂ ability and build and improve national ＂emergency＂ system to provide ideas.
