我国毽球人才培养的现状及展望

摘要

The present situation of shuttlecock talent training is studied in this paper. Six patterns of current shuttlecock talent training in China are analyzed. On the premise of paying more attention to the advantages of college and universities, three types of shuttlecock talent need further training. The first type is organizational talent who can strengthen the organization and develop- ment of mass sports. The second type is technological talent who can guide mass the shuttlecock skills. The third type is propagan- da talent who engage in making shuttlecock international and improving the influence of Chinese national folk sports. The aim is to provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of national folk traditional sports talent training.%对毽球人才培养现状进行了研究,分析了目前我国毽球人才培养的六种模式,主要以高水平运动员为主,提出作为全民健身的重要文化与活动载体的毽球项目人才培养,在注重高校优势的前提下,应从加强群众毽球活动组织开发人才、指导群众毽球技术提高的专业技术人才、从事毽球项目国际化,提高中国民族民间项目国际影响力的宣传推广人才的培养等方面进行。为高校民族民间传统体育人才培养体系的建立提供借鉴。
