基于复合应用型培养目标的体育教育专业人才培养指标体系的研究

     

摘要

This study investigated present situation on physical education professional training mode and society needs of talents, Obviously, the cultivation of physical education professionals did not meet the social needs for sports talents. Therefore, the re-form of Physical Education Professional Training Mode is imperative. This research was trying to build a simple, easy to operate physical education professionals training mode based on training objectives of complex appliantion type. The present study con-structed three-level indicators and 16 secondary indicators physical education complex application talents training mode that con-tain knowledge, ability and physical and mental qualities. Weights of the three indicators of knowledge, ability and physical and mental qualities weight respectively 0. 38, 0. 39 and 0. 23. Thus, the training and education process of physical education com-plex application talents should be as important as the knowledge and ability.%通过对我国体育教育专业培养模式及人才社会需求现状进行调查可知,体育教育专业人才的培养并未契合社会对体育人才的需求,高校体育教育专业人才培养模式的改革势在必行。本研究试图构建一个简便易行、便于操作的基于复合应用型培养目标的体育教育专业人才培养模式。本研究构建了包含知识、能力与身心素质3个一级指标及16个二级指标体育教育专业复合应用型人才培养模式,3个一级指标的知识、能力与身心素质的权重系数分别为0.38、0.39及0.23。在体育教育专业复合应用型人才培养过程中应知识与能力并重。
