侧脑室三维重建及立体观测

         

摘要

目的探讨侧脑室三维重建的基本方法及临床意义。方法将正常尸体头颅冰冻横断切片后,使用自制的三维重建程序,应用计算机对横断切片重建,并进行相应的立体观测。结果重建后的侧脑室可任意放大或缩小、单独或叠加显示,任意旋转、剖割和透明处理,重建图像轮廓清晰,色彩自然,同时附带测量和定位数据,能清楚的显示与邻近器官的位置关系。结论使用颅脑组织横断切片重建侧脑室结构,应用于基础研究和教学工作中,能提高加深对脑室形态位置关系的理解。%Objective To research basic theory of 3-D reconstruction of lateral ventricles and its clinical significance.Methods With human head frozen and transversely sectioned,self-made 3-D reconstruction program was used to reconstruct transverse section in computer for corresponding observation.Results The reconstructed lateral ventricles could be wilfully amplified and minified with single or overlaying display,could also be wilfully revolved,sectioned and transparent-treated with sharp image,natural color.The positional relation with their neighbouring organs could be clearly dispayed by affiliated measuring and positional data.Conclusion Reconstruction of lateral ventricles through transverse section can be used in basic research and teaching for good comprehension of the positional relation of ventriculus appearance.
