White speckle filament and white segment filament are researched in viscose filament in this paper.The JSM-6490LV SEM of JEOL company is used to characterize the surface morphology and cross-section structure of the sample.The results show that the white speckle filaments in viscose filament are bend and impure in production.It is because that spinning forming is not good and the post-treatment procedure is not complete,which leads to residual metal compounds are left on surface of the strand silk.The section of abnormal filament and normal viscose filament is analogous.The above analysis provides scientific basis for prediction and precontrol of production process and improves the production process effectively,which has a great significance for the filament production in the field of chemical fiber.%以粘胶长丝中出现的白点丝和白节丝作为研究对象,用JEOL公司的JSM-6490LV型扫描电子显微镜对其表面形貌和截面结构进行观察.结果表明:粘胶长丝生产中出现的白点丝,丝条弯曲并有少量杂质,产生的主要原因是纺丝成型不好,其次是后处理工序处理不完全,导致金属化合物残留;白节丝成型良好,但是丝条中夹杂大量的杂质,产生的主要原因是后处理工序处理不完全,导致大量金属化合物残留在丝条表面.从截面观察可见异常丝与正常粘胶长丝截面相同,没有异常变化.通过以上分析为生产过程的预测预控、有效地改进生产工艺提供科学依据,对化纤行业长丝生产的意义十分重大.
