金融服务“三农”的问题与对策——以吉林省四平市为例

摘要

农业是四平市传统优势产业。几年来,四平中支认真贯彻落实上级行关于金融支持＂三农＂经济发展的一系列政策措施,紧密结合地方实际,积极引导辖区涉农金融机构不断改善金融服务,有力推动了＂三农＂经济的持续健康发展。本文重点指出带有普遍性、倾向性和根本性的问题,并结合实际研究提出对策意见。%Agriculture is Siping traditional superior industry. In recent years, the PBC Siping central sub-branch has seriously implemented a series of policies and measures on financial support on Three Rural Issues from parent body, closely combined the local reality and guide positively the financial institutions within jurisdiction to better financial service, vigorously promote the economy for Three Rural Issues to reach sustainable and healthy development. This paper points out that the problems with universality, tendentiousness and fundamentality, and then put forward the implementation countermeasures combining with the actual instances.
