对鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)、黄鱼桑鱼(Pseudobaqrus fulvidraco) 、大眼鱼师鲈(Stizostedion vitreum) 各消化器官消化酶进行了测定分析。结果表明:鲤鱼肝胰脏蛋白酶活性最强,黄鱼桑鱼和大眼鱼师鲈胃中蛋白酶活性最强,3种鱼蛋白酶活性顺序为:大眼鱼师[ HT 5”鲈>黄鱼桑鱼>鲤鱼,表明食性不同,摄食能力不同,蛋白酶活性也不同;3种鱼淀粉酶的活性顺序为:鲤鱼>黄鱼桑鱼>大眼鱼师鲈,其酶活性与鱼类的食性有关;消化酶在肠道分布,无固定规律,而是因鱼而异。%Enzyme activities in digestive organs of common carp (Cyprinus carpio), Huangsang cat-fish (Pseudobaqrus fulvidra co) and Walleye(Stizostedion vitreum)were measured and the results showed that the sequence of protease a ctivities in the digestive organs in three fish species was, from highest to lowest, walleye, Huangsang cat-fish and common carp. In common carp protease activity in hepatopancreas was the highest compared with other digestive organs, while in Huangsang cat-fish and walleye protease activity in stomach was the highest. The sequence of amylase activities in the digestive organs in three fish species was, from highest to lowest, common carp, Huangsang cat-fish and walleye. The differences in protease and amylase activities in different organs of different species reflect feeding habits of each species. The distribution patterns of digestive enzymes are not fixed but vary with different fish species.
