黑莓F1代杂交优株及其亲本果实营养品质特性分析

             

摘要

Fruit nutrient characters of 21 excellent F1 hybrids and their parents were compared to evaluate the heterotic effects of blackberry cultivars. The results indicated that the average integrative over-parents heterosis value of 21 hybrids was (117.63 ±97.40) % . Among them five individual plants, 7-10-6, 4-4-12, 6-6-3, 7-10-2 and 6-2-2,successively showed the highest positive heterobeltiosis, which can be used further as excellent breeding resources. From the performance of fruit nutrient characters of 21 F1 hybrids, three individual plants named as 5-8-1, 5-8-2 and 7-10-6 could be cultivated and utilized as excellent breeding resources for fresh use. The reason was that there was the highest soluble solid content (SSC) (13.10%) in fruit of 5-8-1,the lowest acid content (0.56%) and the highest SSC and acid ratio (21.25) in fruit of 5-8-2 and less acid content and thus higher SSC and acid ratio in fruit of 7-10-6. Additionally, hybrid individuals 6-2-2 and 2-9-1 were determined to be mainly utilized as processing germplasm in breeding as they both had relatively higher acid (l.78% and1.39% respectively) and an-thocyanin (151.09 mg/100g and 129.62 mg/100g respectively) content and lower SSC and acid ratio (5.91 and 6.59 respectively).%为了评价黑莓杂交育种的效果,对初选出的21株F1代杂交黑莓优株及其亲本的果实营养品质进行了分析比较.结果表明:这些杂交优株综合超亲优势平均值为(117.63±97.40)%,超亲遗传效应较好的5株序号依次为7-10-6,4-4-12,6-6-3,7-10-2和6-2-2,可重点作为进一步优质育种资源利用的对象.在21个F1代优株中,5-8-1果实的可溶性固形物含量最高(13.10%),5-8-2果实酸含量最低(0.56%)、固酸比最高(21.25),7-10-6果实酸含量较低、固酸比较高,可作为鲜食品种种质进行培育和利用;6-2-2和2-9-1的果实总酸含量(分别为1.78%和1.39%)和总花色苷(分别为151.09 mg/100g和129.62 mg/100g)含量均较高,固酸比较低(分别为5.91和6.59),可重点作为加工用途品种种质资源加以利用.
