采用ISSR分子标记技术对长白山地区的3种(61份)百合试材的遗传多样性进行了研究.其中包括轮叶百合(L.distichum)16个居群,43个个体;毛百合(L.dauricum)4个居群,12个个体;松叶百合(L.cernuum)2个居群,6个个体.从35个ISSR引物中筛选出9条引物用于3种百合的扩增.轮叶百合、毛百合、松叶百合扩增出条带分别为135,128,111;多态性条带分别为134,115,100;多态性比率分别为99.2%、89.8%、90.1%.应用NTSYSpc - 2.10e软件对扩增结果进行UPGMA法聚类分析,结果表明:长白山地区3种百合的遗传多样性均较丰富,而且3种百合种群种内的遗传多样性与居群地理位置远近表现出明显的相关性.%An experiment was conducted to study the genetic diversity of 61 samples of three species wild lilies native to China by ISSR Markers, including 43 samples of 16 populations of L. distichum, 12 samples of 4 populations of L. dauricum and 6 samples of 2 populations of L. cernuum. 9 primers selected from 35 primers were used for ISSR amplification. The total bands of the three lilies were 135, 128 and 128 respectively, the polymorphism bands were 133, 115 and 116 respectively and thepolymorphism proportions were 98.52%, 89.84% and 90.00% respectively. UPGMA cluster method by NTSYSpc -2.10e software was used to analyze ISSR amplification. The results show that genetic diversity of the three lilies was abundant. The genetic diversity of the three lilies showed a significant relationship with geographic distance.
