虫草真菌固态发酵添加剂的制备及其对肉鸡免疫系统发育的影响

         

摘要

Cordyceps sinensis is a valuable medicinal fungus,artificial culture of it by biotechnology and its development into animal health products are of great significance.In this study,fungal solid-state fer-mentation technology was used to prepare Cordyceps sinensis fungus additives,ingredients of the additives were determined by the content of cordycepin in culture product,and effects of Cordyceps sinensis fungal additives on chicken lymphocytes,spleen and bursa of fabricius ratewas lymphoid tissue development were studied.The results showed that the additives of the Cordyceps sinensis fungus can significantly improve rates of CD8 +lymphocytes in chicken peripheral blood,increase number of germinal center in spleen and promote differentiation of lymphocytes and output number of lymphocytes in broiler bursa of Fabricius. The results laid a foundation for developing an immune enhancement additive of chicken by using Cordy-ceps sinensis fungus.%采用真菌固态发酵技术,通过测定培养产物中虫草素的含量,制备了含虫草真菌有效成份的虫草真菌固态发酵添加剂,并研究了虫草真菌固态发酵物添加对肉仔鸡淋巴细胞、脾脏和法氏囊淋巴组织发育的影响。结果表明:虫草真菌固态发酵添加剂能极显著地提高肉仔鸡外周血中 CD8+淋巴细胞数量,增加脾脏组织生发中心的数量并促进淋巴细胞成熟,增加法氏囊滤泡中迁出淋巴细胞的数量。
