Manufacturing process of feed additives composed of fermented onion with antioxidant activity for hybrid broiler and its meat preservative and use of thereof

PURPOSE: A feed additive for the antibiotics replacement of chicken meat for ginseng chicken soup, a quality improving agent of chicken meat for ginseng chicken soup, a producing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to use a fermented onion product with antioxidant activity. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive is obtained by adding 0.7-1.0%(w/v) of molasse when fermenting onion using Leuconostoc citerum. 1.0%(w/v) of sucrose is also inserted during the fermentation process. 0.3%(w/w) of feed additive is mixed with feed. The feed additive has a weight increasing effect on chicken, and improves the storage property of meat chicken.
