枯草芽孢杆菌JN209及其基因工程菌生理生化特性及抑菌谱比较

     

摘要

比较研究了枯草芽孢杆菌菌株JN209及基因工程菌株JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12生理生化特性的变化,并分别通过平板对峙培养法和抑菌圈法比较了二者对一些植物病原真菌和细菌的抑菌效果变化.结果表明:供试菌株JN209及其工程菌株JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12在生理生化特性方面没有明显改变.室内平板抑菌试验结果显示:工程菌株JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12对玉米弯孢病菌(Curvularia lunata)、刺五加黑斑病菌(Alternara tenuissirna)、芥菜细菌性叶斑病菌(Xanthomonas campetris pv.armoraciae)及烟草野火病菌(Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci)、越橘圆斑病菌(Pestalotiopsis photiniae)、万寿菊细菌性叶斑病菌(P.syringae pv.tagetis)、防风叶腐病菌(P.viridifiara pv.pastinacae)、五味子果腐病菌(Pantoea ananatis)、黄瓜角斑病菌(P.syringae pv.lachrymans)抑制效果明显优于原始菌株JN209.%A comparative study on the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of Bacillus subtilis strain JN209 and genetically engineered strain JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12 was conducted,and inhibitory effect on plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria by platechanges and inhibition zone method were carried out.The results showed that the tested strain JN209 and its engineering strain JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12 had no significant changes in the physiological and biochemical characteristics,but Room flat antibacterial test results showed that inhibitory effects of the engineering strain JN209/PWB980-hrpZPsg12 on Curvularia lunata,Alternaria tenuissima,Xanthomonas campestris pv.armoraciae),Pseudomonas syringae pv.tabaci,Pestalotiopsis photiniae,P.syringae pv.tagetis,P.viridiflava pv.pastinacae,Pantoea ananatis and P.syringae pv.lachrymans were significantly better than the original strain JN209.
