北方猪舍相变低温热水地面的制备过程∗

     

摘要

Phase change energy storage materials in the northern piggery on low temperature hot wa⁃ter floor can make ground heat storage capacity increase. This paper mainly introduces the prepara⁃tion of composite phase change materials and phase change process of the ground. Based on the preparation of phase change materials, we come to the conclusion that concrete layer of phase change ground surface cannot be too thin;When ratio of epoxy resin with inhaled phase change materials to super⁃light ceramsite is 1 ∶ 5 ~ 7 according to the proportion of mixture, phase change materials leak, so the proportion of mixed epoxy resin should be increased. Through orthogonal experiment a⁃nalysis, the optimal level of decanoic acid and lauric acid ratio is 7 ∶ 3, thickness of phase change materials is 20 mm and top of the phase change materials on the surface of the ground distance is 20 mm. Through the above test and analysis, we prepare piggery suitable for the northern phase transi⁃tion at low temperature hot water floor. The use of phase change materials on low temperature hot wa⁃ter floor not only can improve abdominal temperature of pigs, and reduce energy consumption.%相变蓄能材料应用于北方猪舍低温热水地面中可以使地面的蓄热能力增大。研究了制备复合相变材料和相变低温热水地面的过程。通过对相变材料的制备得出结论:相变地面表层的混凝土层不能太薄;环氧树脂与吸入相变材料的超轻陶粒按质量比为1∶5~7的比例混合,发现有相变材料泄漏,所以混合时环氧树脂的比重应该增加。通过正交试验分析得出,试验的最优水平V(癸酸)∶ V(月桂酸)=7∶3,相变材料厚20 mm和相变材料顶部距地面高为20 mm;通过以上试验、分析,制备出了适于北方猪舍的相变低温热水地面。在低温热水地面中使用相变材料不仅能提高猪的腹感温度,而且能减少能源的损耗。
