Low-temperature hot water floor heating pipe arrangement system

PURPOSE: To provide the title system which is capable of supplying hot water to a floor heating panel at proper hot water temperature, of moderating temperature variations of a floor material, and of ensuring comfortable floor heating and floor material protection. ;CONSTITUTION: A bypass passage 5 is provided between a forward passage 3 and a return passage 4 both connected to floor heating panels 2a-2c from a boiler 1. A check valve 8 is provided on the bypass passage 5 for preventing a flow to the side of the return passage 4. A thermally operated three-way valve 7 is provided at a connection portion between the bypass passage 5 and the forward passage 7 which is opened to the passage 3 at a temperature of hot water flowing in from the bypass passage 5 above a set temperature. A pump 8 is provided downstream of the forward passage 3 from the thermally operated three-way valve 7. Solenoid type opening/closing valves 10a-10c are provided at hot water inlet portions of the floor heating panels 2a-2c. The solenoid type opening/closing valves are opened or closed by switches 12a-12c. As a control circuit for the pump 8 there is provided a circuit for interrupting the driving of the pump 8 with the switches 12a-12c being all made off, and operating the same with at least one of those switches being made on.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
