基于电动推杆的玉米剥皮机角度控制系统

         

摘要

针对吉林农业大学玉米剥皮机测试平台的角度控制系统,提出了基于电动推杆的角度控制系统。控制系统采用比例微分积分(PID )控制的方式,通过伺服驱动器精确控制电动推杆的移动距离和定位。系统采用双伺服驱动闭环控制、增量式PID位置闭环控制以及临界工作点保护控制方式相结合,并通过上位机软件实现对2个伺服驱动器的同步控制,经过测试运行精确可靠,实现了玉米剥皮机测试平台的角度同步调整和精确控制。%This study mainly focuses on the angle control system of Jilin Agricultural University corn husker test platform ,and presents an angle control system based on linear actuator .PID control method is used in the electric control system ,the movement distance and location of the linear actuator are also ac-curately controlled by servo driver .By combining double servo closed-loop control ,incremental PID posi-tion closed-loop control and critical point protection control methods , the synchronization control of two servo driver is carried out with upper computer software .The test results show that the system runs accu-rately and reliably , and implements the angle synchronous adjustment and precise control of the corn husker test platform .
