以"龙井一号"黑米为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫对黑米中花青素含量和PAL活性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的加重,花青素含量和PAL活性呈上升的趋势;当干旱程度超过一定限度时花青素含量开始下降,而PAL活性仍然上升。%With semen trigone"Dragon One"as test materials,researched for the effects of drought stress on anthocyanidin content and PAL activity of semen trigone.The results showed that PAL activity and the content of anthocyanidin tended towards ascending with the strengthening of drought stress,and anthocyanins content began to fall when drought beyond a certain level,but PAL activity was still rising.
