变革型领导理论视角下90后员工激励机制构建思考

     

摘要

90后逐渐成为我国企业员工的生力军,如何有效激励90后员工已经成为很多企业必须认真面对的问题.变革型领导通过强化员工内在激励、激发员工高层次需求达到实现有效领导的目标,而变革型领导方式与90后员工群体特质具有诸多契合点.通过对变革型领导理论的阐述分析,结合90后多元化、个性化需求,为企业提供针对年轻员工的正确引导方式和管理措施.%The Post-90 s have gradually become a new force for employees of Chinese enterprises. How to effectively motivate Post-90 employees has become a problem that many enterprises must seriously face. Transformational leadership achieves the goal of effective leadership by strengthening employees' internal incentives and stimulating highlevel employees' needs. The transformational leadership style has many advantages with the post-90 s employee group characteristics. Through the analysis of the transformational leadership theory, combined with the post-90 s diversification and individualized needs, the company provides the correct guidance and management measures for young employees.
