高校新人职教师教学专业成长问题探讨

         

摘要

当前高校新入职教师的教学存在诸多问题,影响了高校新入职教师的教学专业成长,为此,建立新入职教师的职业信念培养体系和终身教育体系、完善相关法律和制度、规划富有针对性的教学发展项目等,不失为保障和推动新入职教师的教学专业成长的有效举措。‘%New university teachers are the new blood of a university faculty. Teaching by new university teachers meets a lot of problems. Collecting and collating relevant international research materials have provided us with the following training recommendations: to improve relevant laws and procedures to ensure new teachers' professional teaching growth; to plan fully specific teaching development projects innovating new teachers" professional growth; to instigate changes in philosophy to help establish vocational belief system and lifelong educational system of new teachers.
