基于 Promodel 的汽车零部件生产物流系统仿真研究

摘要

Based on a study of the production line of drive shafts in workshops of auto parts,the paper uses the software Promodel to simulate the logistics condition of the production line,studies the problem such as the bottleneck of the production line,carries out an in-depth analysis of the possible problems in the system,and suggests counter measures for their solution,then on the foundation of the afore mentioned analysis to set a new plan,and carries on the simulation modeling.%在分析汽车零部件生产车间的传动轴生产线的基础上，利用 Promodel 仿真软件对其生产线的物流状况进行仿真，研究系统中出现的生产线瓶颈问题，对系统可能的问题进行深入分析和探讨，并提出了解决的方法，在此基础上重新设置新的方案，并进行仿真建模。
