论海湾河口水环境治理制度建设的理论基石

摘要

通过对经济学与管理学的相关文献与理论的梳理分析，提出海湾河口水环境治理制度建设的四块理论基石：海岸带综合管理理论、湖泊流域水环境管理理论、环境产权理论、合作型环境治理理论，以期为建立海湾河口水环境治理制度体系提供理论依据和指导。%This paper puts forward four theoretical cornerstone of institutional construction of water envi-ronmental management in bays and estuaries through analyzing the relevant theories of economics and manage-ment science:the theory of integrated coastal zone management,theory of water environmental management of Lake Basin,the environmental property right theory,Cooperative Environmental Governance theory.These the-ories provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the establishment of bays and estuarine water environment management system.
