Phytoremediation is a growing field of research in environmental studies because of its great advantages, such as environmental friendliness, cost effectiveness, and sustainability. The current study aims to explore the potential of remediating arsenic-contaminated soil in pot cultures in a greenhouse with four species of willows as materials for phytoremediation. The results find that all these willows did not show toxic symptoms of etiolation and scorching from its appearance; growth of the willow species and nutrients in the plants showed no significant differences after exposure to 160 d; As concentration of ranged from 0 to 50 mg/kg for 160 d;with the growing content of As in the soil, its content in the roots and shoots of the species increased; the content in the rhizosphere soil is less than that in the non-rhizosphere soil;the content of the latter is less than that of contrast check (CK, no willows). This suggested that willows have some potential for absorption and accumulation in contaminated wetlands, and can be used as plant materials in phytofiltration.%植物修复技术是环境友好型的、绿色的、经济的、可持续的环境污染治理技术。在温室大棚中采用4种柳树作为植物修复的材料,对淹水土壤环境中砷污染的吸收、转运和去除效果进行研究和探索。研究表明:不同种类柳树经不同的砷浓度胁迫160 d后,各种柳树的生物量无明显差异,没有出现叶黄、枯萎等毒害现象;柳树根和地上部(茎、叶)的砷含量随着培养土中砷浓度的升高而增大;柳树根际土中的砷含量小于非根际土,非根际土中的砷含量又小于未种植柳树的对照土。柳树对湿地土壤中的砷具有吸收、累积的作用,可以用作湿地土壤砷污染的植物修复材料。
