Emergency management of city gas enterprises is a complex process that takes into account multiple factors. Analyzing the existing problems of emergency response capability of city gas pipeline,the evaluation index system is constructed and the reasonable method is selected. The network analytic hierarchy process (ANPs) and BP neural network are applied to evaluate the emergency response capacity of urban gas pipeline system. Firstly, the ANP structural model is established considering the feedback relationship between indicators and indicators, and the weights of indicators are calculated by super decision-making software. Secondly, the adaptability of BP neural network is considered, and the ANP calculation results are used as BP training sample data to verify the simulation error. Finally, the urban gas pipeline system of a city is used as a case study, this paper proves the applicability of ANP-BP in evaluating the emergency response capability of urban gas pipelines.%城市燃气企业的应急管理是一个复杂的过程,它需要考虑多方因素.在分析城市燃气管道应急能力存在问题的基础上构建评价指标体系,并选取合理的方法,将网络层次分析法(ANP)和BP神经网络应用在城市燃气燃气管道系统突发事件应急能力评价上.首先考虑指标及指标层间的反馈关系建立ANP结构模型,并借助超级决策软件计算指标权重.其次考虑BP神经网络的自适应性,将ANP计算结果作为BP训练样本数据进行模拟误差验证.最后以某城市市区城市燃气管道系统为例进行应用,表明了ANP-BP在城市燃气管道突发事件应急能力评价中的适用性.
