游客满意度对景区门票价格容忍度的影响——以大唐芙蓉园为例

             

摘要

近年来,随着旅游业的发展,各地景区门票价格飞速上涨,引起人们广泛关注,涨价是否能够为游客所接受,涨价之后游客是否能对景区质量满意,这些问题都需要进行深入思考。本文根据公平理论、感知绩效模型等相关理论,从游客涉入度、景区质量、价格公平感知三个因素来探讨景区游客满意度与门票价格容忍度的关系,如游客对景区满意,是否愿意支付较高的门票价格,从而淡化门票在游客出游决策中的作用。%In recent years, with the development of tourism industry, ticket prices of scenic spots have been increasing rapidly, which has aroused great concerns from the public. Whether the price--rise can be accepted by tourists and whether tourists are satisfied with the quality of scenic spots after a rise of ticket prices need to be deeply deliberated. According to the equity theory and perceived performance model, the paper discusses the relationship between tourist satisfaction and tolerance of ticket prices in scenic spots from the aspects of tourist involvement, scenic quality and price fair perception. Through discussing tourist satisfaction with scenic spots and their willingness to pay for comparatively high ticket prices, the paper plays down the role of ticket prices in the travelling decision of tourists
