财政部、教育部制定《研究生国家奖学金管理暂行办法》，其主要目的在于激励与资助优秀研究生，使他们发挥最大的潜能，积极投入到学术研究中。该政策已实施两年，本文通过对江西省内六所高校的调研，深入探究研究生国家奖学金政策执行状况、存在的问题，并提出了相关建议，为研究生国家奖励政策进一步完善和实施提供一定的参考。%Interim Procedures of Graduate National Scholarship Management was set up by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education. Its aim is to encourage and aid the outstanding graduates, to enable them to try their best to study and to actively devote themselves to academic researches. Many people are wondering whether the policy has played a desired role in training postgraduate students after two years of implementation. We investigated the implementation status of the graduate national scholarship system through questionnaires and interviews in six universities in Jiangxi province. The investigation showed there were some problems in the implementation of the system. In this paper, we gave some advice to improve the system.
