论高校党员队伍中的“两种文化”

摘要

The team of party members in universities is made up of educators,students and etc. . The team is one of the important subjects of university campus culture and have very important realistic function and practical significance. How-ever,in multivariate and dynamic cultural context,the cultural ecology,which exists in the team of party members in uni-versities,has significant characteristics of two cultures. Because the resonance often occurs between multivariate cultures and the liquidity of students,the multiple and dynamic campus culture context are formed. In this context,the professional backgrounds of party members are so various that the division of two cultures and deep cognitive styles is presented.%高校党员队伍包括施教者（教师）与受教者（学生）及其两者的衍生形态，是高校校园文化的重要主体之一，具有十分重要的现实作用和实践意义。然而，在多元动态的社会文化语境中，高校党员队伍的文化生态呈现了“两种文化”存在的显著特征。因为文化的多元与学生的流动性常常产生共振，形成了多元动态的高校校园文化语境。在此语境下，高校党员队伍基于自身的专业背景，形成了“两种文化”的现实表现及深层次认知方式的分野。
