“90后”大学生特点及新生入学教育模式研究

             

摘要

“Post - 90s”college students are the main force in today's college. They are controversial because of their u-nique personality and behavior. The paper attempts to analyse the characteristics of“post - 90s”college students in think-ing and acting. It explores the formation of the characteristics of subjective and objective factors from four aspects,including the changes of political and economic environment,school environment,family environment and network information envi-ronment. According to the characteristics of“Post - 90s”college students,colleges and universities should pay attention to adding the humanistic quality education and frustration education in freshmen entrance education,and pay special attention to the use of new network media to realize the transformation of education mode.%“90后”大学生是现今高校学生的主力军。文章分析归纳“90后”大学生的思想行为特点,并从政治经济大环境、学校教育环境、家庭环境及网络信息环境的变化四个方面对其特点形成的主客观因素进行探究。针对“90后”大学生的特点,高校开展新生入学教育时需要重视人文素质教育、挫折教育等内容的增设,并注意运用网络新媒体手段实现教育模式的转变。
