解释学在“马克思与正义”问题上的运用及其启示

摘要

“马克思与正义”问题，争论由来已久，且至今没有定论。究其原因，很大程度是由于在理解“马克思与正义”问题的相关文本时发生了理解上的偏差，发生了主体性错位、存在各自的前理解不同、解释学循环不同，以及理解的间距不同等原因的结果。因此，为更好地理解某一作品，避免理解上的偏差，需要掌握解释学原理，树立正确的解释学意识，以便在理解作品时，尽量按作品本意来理解作品。%So far,there has been no conclusive of the controversy over“Marx and justice”which has been existing for long. The main reason is that there is deviation in the understanding of the text of“Marx and justice”,dislocation of the subjectivity,and differences in the before - understanding,hermeneutic circle,the separation distance of understanding and other reasons. Therefore,it is necessary to master the hermeneutic principle and establish the correct hermeneutics con-sciousness in order to understand the works better and avoid misunderstanding.
