MDSCs 与免疫逃逸及中医药治疗的研究进展

摘要

肿瘤免疫逃逸是目前研究的热点也是治疗的难点。近年来研究者在荷瘤鼠及肿瘤患者中都发现髓系来源的抑制细胞（ MDSCs）的增多，且其与肿瘤免疫逃逸密切相关。大量体内外实验都证实中医药具有调节MDSCs的作用。本文就近几年来有关MDSCs、MDSCs负向免疫调节作用及中医药治疗研究进展做一综述。%Currently,immunosuppression of tumor is not only the hot point of research but also the difficult point of treatment.Research-ers have found that there are a lot of MDSCs with the tumor patients and tumor Bearing Mice, which is bound up with immunosuppres-sion of tumor.a large number of in vivo or vitro experimentations have demonstrated that Chinese medicine can regulate the MDSCs. The paper summarizes the messages about MDSCs ,immunosuppression of tumor and the regulation function of Chinese medicine .
