农业补贴政策对不同资源禀赋农户种粮决策行为影响机理研究--以江西省为例

摘要

Based on a survey of farmers in Jiangxi Province , this article attempts to empirically analyze grain-planting decision behavior of farmers with different resources endowment under current agricultural sub -sidy policy and reaches the following conclusions:Agricultural subsidy policy ,traffic location endowments ,man-agerial decision ability ,the family labor endowments ,social capital endowments and natural conditions of culti-vated land resources have significant effect on farmers ’ choice about whether to plant grain;The traffic location endowment ,managerial decision ability , the family labor endowments , economic resources endowments , social capital and natural conditions of cultivated land resources are the important factors influencing the farmers ’ o-pinion on extending the grain-planting scale;The current subsidy policy adjusts grain-planting decision behav-ior of those farmers who have abundant land resources and get their income mainly from agriculture ,especially from grain,which improves their enthusiasm for grain -planting and promotes the expansion of grain -planting area;In the current agricultural subsidy policy ,the subsidy funds and ways of agricultural subsidy are the most important factors affecting farmers ’ grain-planting decision behaviors .%根据对江西省农户的调查，对当前农业补贴政策下不同资源禀赋农户种粮决策行为进行了实证分析，结果显示：农业补贴政策、交通资源禀赋、经营决策能力、家庭劳动力禀赋、粮食收入占比、耕地资源禀赋是影响农户是否种粮的主要因素；交通区位禀赋、经营决策能力、家庭劳动力禀赋、经济资源禀赋、社会资本禀赋和耕地资源禀赋是影响农户是否扩大种粮面积的主要因素；当前国家实施的农业补贴政策正向调节了耕地资源丰富且以粮食收入为主要收入来源农户的种粮决策行为，提高了其种粮积极性，一定程度上促进了种粮面积的扩大；在现行的农业补贴政策中，农户获得的补贴资金数量和补贴方式是影响农户种粮决策行为的最主要因素。
