农民作为我国乡村治理的主体,其对于协商民主的理解、接受以及践行都将直接影响到乡村治理的成效.通过田野调查,经过数据采集和数据分析后认为,构建我国乡村协商民主政治,必须采用大众化策略,即以浅显易懂、明白畅通、平实质朴和群众喜闻乐见的方式把协商民主的道理讲清楚;以敢于担当和真抓实干的形式将协商民主与农民的切身利益无缝对接.%Farmers have played a significant role in rural governance, whose understanding, acceptance and practice of deliberative democracy will have direct influence on the effectiveness of rural governance. Through field investigation,data collection and analysis,it is concluded that in order to construct rural delibera-tive democracy,it is necessary to use popular strategy,which means the meaning of consultative must be ex-plained in plain terms. What is more,the deliberative democracy and farmer' s vital interests must be closely associated in responsive and practical shape. Meanwhile, only from the perspective of popularization can the theory of deliberative democracy politics go beyond academic research scope to reach the rural areas and be-come understood and accepted by farmers.
